Elon Musk’s America PAC can move on with its $1 million free gifts to citizens after a Philadelphia judge decreased an emergency situation petition from District Attorney Larry Krasner to obstruct them.

Throughout a hearing previously on Monday, an agent for the political action committee stated reward winners are not arbitrarily picked and are in fact selected to be paid spokespeople for the PAC, which supports previous President Donald Trump, The Associated Press reportedMusk formerly promoted the choice as randomhowever the small print of the petition that candidates require to sign to get in the free gift does not discuss it.
